Thank you for shopping with LED Lighting Center. We’re committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below for information on order processing, delivery times, and more.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

  • Please allow extra processing time during high-volume periods (e.g., holidays or sales events).

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Delivery times are estimates and begin after the order is shipped.

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.

3. Shipping Carriers

We ship through trusted carriers including:

  • USPS

  • UPS

Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order is on its way.

4. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and territories. Shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and rural areas may take additional time.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website or via your order confirmation page.

6. Shipping Issues & Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, LED Lighting Center is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and details. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement if needed.
